Pretty Dress; warps after washings |

I loved this dress when I recieved it but after a few washings the neckline warped really bad so its super wide now almost as if somone had been constantly pulling on it. The material fades quickly too. The matching hat won't fit a baby older than 3 months at the max and it doesn't stretch.
